By accessing or using Adwenpa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You may use Adwenpa only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@adwenpatech.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Adwenpa and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adwenpa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
